The hypnotic state is quite familiar
Hypnosis is a way of gently guiding your unconscious mind into a relaxed, hypnotic state. This is a form of inner concentration, similar to daydreaming or being totally absorbed in a book or a hobby. It is an altered state, but one which we enter spontaneously many times throughout the day.
Hypnotherapy is the use of Hypnosis to create therapeutic change and can help us to make changes in many areas of our lives.

Mindfulness Meditation
Mindfulness is a simple form of meditation that focuses on what you are experiencing, through sensory feeling, thought, awareness at every point in time. By focusing you on your breathing as a central point, it encourages you to be ‘in the moment’.
I use mindfulness techniques as part of my practice. Mindfulness meditation is a powerful skill to learn and practise to increase your ability to withstand stress and to get maximum enjoyment from life. It can assist with many issues including anxieties and depression.

BWRT is a new psychotherapy method that is suitable for many types of issues including:
